Sprint Store in San Jose, California

Very disappointed with Sprint and this Sprint store. Called Sprint to activate a phone and they said they can’t activate because work being done on a cell tower even though I was getting 4 bars on the phone I was calling them from. They said I could go to the store to activate. So I went there. That was even more disappointing. 2 agents were helping and joking with a customer as if no one else was waiting. I was actually waiting along with another customer. And they deliberately helped the customer that came in after me first, so he can get his bill paid. The fact that I came in first and signed in first didn’t even matter. SO WHY DO THEY EVEN HAVE SIGN IN SHEET? By the the time it’s my I’ve waited nearly 45 min and I could already tell the agent was going to be useless. He definitely lived up to that expectation. He was still talking to the other customer as if I wasn’t there and he didn’t solve the phone problem. Dumb sprint and its agents gets negative 5 star from me. No wonder they are giving away their service free for a year. Because it’s next to garbage.

If i could give 0 i would the wait is too long..... to pay a bill
