Santa Clara Family Court in San Jose, California

Before coming to Santa Clara my case was in San Diego, and my case was treated fairly by the courts down there. Since moving it up to Santa Clara I have been treated so unfairly. The courts will not listen to a father regardless of the evidence you provide. They don't care about the father's at all... they raised my child support so high 1500 dollars a month and backdated it a year burying me in debt. Tried to file a complaint with the ombudsmen who never got back to me. Because of this court and their unwillingness to listen to a father who wants to be part of my child's life, they have literally screwed me over so bad. I cannot afford the high child support and they won t do anything to help me and my wife and 2 kids. We have almost been evicted several times since this crazy amount was forced upon us, and they don't care one bit. If you can avoid this court house and your the father, it's in your best interest. Either that or get a lawyer, which if you can't afford your pretty much punished by a group who favor only the mother.
