Do yourself a favor and never come here. My mother was involved in a personal injury accident where she injured her back from a car accident. She only spent a total of 15 minutes with the lawyer signing documents at the beginning of the case. The rest of the time, we had to deal with his wife. Yes, his wife who claims to be a secretary at the law firm but she has no credentials. She is extremely rude, disrespectful, and impolite to her clients. Every single conversation with her involved her screaming at me and my mother over the phone and in person. She never listens to what we have to say and continuously interrupts us when we are trying to speak. The lawyer who was supposed to be representing my mom was always busy so we always had to end up dealing with her. There was no sense of professionalism on her end. The only reason my mom came to this firm is because she needed help since she speaks mostly Vietnamese. However, the way she was treated by this lady, we decided to end the relationship with this law firm. She then got angry and started yelling at us. Meanwhile the lawyer was basically hiding in his office while his wife has a screaming match a few feet away with clients. I have never seen this level of rude behavior before especially from a law office! When someone hires an attorney to help with injury cases, they don't expect to be verbally abuse on top of the pain and suffering they already have. The attorney did give an apology to my mother for her behavior but that’s no use. Why didn’t he do so the entire time his wife was berating us. Oh, and they put lien on our case so if we end up with a settlement later, this firm will still take a percentage even though they have done none of the work to deserve/earn it. If I could give this place negative stars, I would.
