The workers here speak dominantly Chinese; so if you know Chinese, your experience may be different from mine. The food is served in a sort of buffet style. Out of six dumpling containers, there are three that have food in it. All of them were pretty cold, so that failed to be appetizing for me. The colder food bar(at least what I think it was) looked a bit sloppy, as half of the food was cold, but another half was supposed to be hot food. The service there was OK, as although they spoke little English, they tried their best. I didn't see any water, but only tea appears to be served here.
